PATA Chapters

PATA Chapters are established throughout the world to assist in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Association. They are local community organisations of travel industry professionals who join in a cooperative endeavour – within the framework of PATA – to develop travel and tourism to, from and within the Asia Pacific area.

There are 31 PATA Chapters around the world that make valuable contributions to local travel industry communities.

2024 Chapter Congress & Meeting

Chapter Congress @ PATA Annual Summit 2024

The chapter congress at PATA Annual Summit 2024 in Macao featured presentations from 4 PATA Chapters: India Chapter, Malaysia Chapter, Maldives Chapter, and Philippines Chapter, showcasing their impactful initiatives in the past year driving advancement for their respective chapters and for travel across the Asia Pacific.

The session also ignited a conversation, led by PATA New York Chapter, PATA Sri Lanka Chapter, and PATA Finland Chapter, on how the headquarters and global chapters can forge tighter collaborations for collective progress.

Chapter Meeting @ PATA Travel Mart 2024

The Chapter Meeting at PATA Travel Mart 2024 was proudly hosted by the PATA Thailand Chapter.

During the session, the Chapter shared insights into its successful operational model, developed in collaboration with PATA Headquarters, which has supported its sustained achievements. The session also featured a forward-thinking discussion on increasing youth engagement in the industry, addressing both the challenges and the exciting opportunities ahead.
