World Rural Tourism Town
The World Rural Tourism Town is located in Huzhou Qianshanyang Tourism Resort, Balidian Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, covering an area of approximately three square kilometres. The town is only a 3-minute drive away from the soon-to-be-completed Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway Station, connecting Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hefei and other Chinese cities as one and complementing each other with their unique characteristics and diverse strengths. Beyond the advantageous geographical conditions, the World Rural Tourism Town is also rich in rural culture and rural tourism resources such as sericulture, silk, ancient villages and farming culture, it thus became a tourism-oriented town in Zhejiang Province, China.
The World Rural Tourism Town is composed of four blocks: the Conference Site Town, the Millennium Lucun Village, the Source of Silk and the Land of Fish and Rice. It is focused on the development of six international rural industries, including:

The town has also devoted efforts into creating “the Top 10 Landscapes”: the Rural Light, the Ripples in the Moonlight, the World Flower Sea, Lucun Garden, Lucun Water Street, Lucun Academy, the Antique World, Four Ancient Bridges of “the Shen Family”, the Rural Tourism School and the Source of Silk. Nature resource wise, the town is abundant in water resources and boasts numbers of unique sceneries. For example, the naturally formed “Ten Islands“: Site Island, Love Island, Shimmer Island, Global Island, Joyous land, Lulu Island, Plain Lodge Island, Flower Stream Island, Beautiful Island and Relic Island.
