At a time when borders are closed and travelers are asked to stay home, tourism brands are conflicted as to how they can remain relevant to their customers. In this session, Elizabeth Linder will share relevant and helpful insights that could help travel and tourism brands and businesses get the pulse of the customers that matter to them, leading to a well-thought out marketing communications strategy.
