Simon has been working with his wife, owner of Travelserv, a small independent Travel Agent working from home, for the past 5 years. As a seasoned world traveller for over 30 years, he has a good knowledge of many countries around the world so that he can provide a truly personalised service to their FIT clients. He likes to champion the needs of small independent Travel Agents and has been fortunate enough to be invited to a number of forums, including PATA and WTM, to share the views and needs of their role in the sector.
Huiying Zhao (Karen), Product Manager North & Central Asia, Intrepid Group
Karen was an operation manager at Intrepid Travel, Beijing from 2011-2016. She is product manager for North & Central Asia at Intrepid Travel from 2016 to present.
Min Yoon, Founder & CEO, TideSquare
Min Yoon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Korea University and an MBA from University of Washington. He was an e-commerce strategy consulting at Samsung SDS, a marketing manager at Korean Air, Senior marketing manager at Hyundai Card. Currently, Min Yoon is a Founder & CEO of TideSquare.
Paul Pruangkarn, Director – Communications & External Affairs, PATA
Paul oversees day-to-day operations of all communications and serves as the senior spokesperson for the Association. Paul works to enhance PATA’s public image through various media outlets and maintains the Association’s media partnerships with such organisations as BBC World News, National Geographic Traveller (UK), Skift, TTG Asia, Travel Weekly Group and the Professional Travel Bloggers Association (PTBA). He has also spoken regularly at conferences on behalf of PATA, as well as facilitated and emceed many events organised by the Association.
