PATA Youth Symposium is a two-day virtual event, organised hand in hand with the selected PATA Student Chapters in celebration of the World Tourism Day. With the theme of “The Changemakers”, PATA Youth Symposium 2022 will discuss the current HR trends and the Sustainable Development Goals, to prosper youths to become the future leaders of the tourism industry.
The event is a perfect opportunity for the Youth to learn from today's leaders but also, more importantly, for leaders and industry stakeholders to hear from the future of the industry – the youth themselves. Hence, the PATA Youth Symposium is designed to initiate constructive conversation and facilitate cross-cultural collaboration.
