Singapore, 16th December, 2020 - EHL has launched two short courses (1-week duration/course) which will take place at EHL Campus (Singapore) in 2021.
February 1st – 5th, 2021 Luxury Brand Management Short Course
The course will focus on presenting, illustrating and discussing the specific rules of luxury brand management. Your class activities will include presentations from the professor and from guest speakers, case studies, workshops and participants groups’ presentations. In order to apply the concepts covered in class to a real case in the luxury industry, you will analyze in groups a luxury brand of your choice.
Each session will develop a specific aspect of luxury brand management:

Facets of Luxury Today
Luxury Consumers Motives and Behaviors
Developing Luxury Brand Equity
Communication in Luxury
Brand Authenticity and New Trends in Luxury Hospitality.

April 26th – 30th, 2021 Designing Hotel and Restaurant Concepts Short Course
The course will focus on presenting, illustrating and discussing what hospitality concepts are exactly, how to design and implement them. Your class activities will include presentations from the professor and from guest speakers, case studies, workshops and participants groups’ presentations. In order to apply the concepts covered in class, you develop in groups a hospitality concept, as well as create a brand story.
Each session will develop a specific aspect of designing concepts for hotels and Food & Beverage businesses:
Fundamentals: history, role and evolution of hotel and F&B concepts
Strategy: Hospitality concept framework
People: Target segments & community building
Story making: brand story canvas
Space: zoning, customer flow, interior design
Services: offering and digitalization
Identity & Communication: visual identity, creative content, communication channels
