She was most recently responsible for driving business development for TravelAds sponsored listings with lodging partners across Asia Pacific.

Michael oversees the Asia -Pacific region, leading his team of trusted advisors to develop insights-led marketing strategies for lodging partners. Michael has worked in the hospitality and online travel industries for over 13 years and prior to joining Expedia Group, he worked in various revenue management roles at Accor and IHG. Michael has been recognized for several notable industry awards, including the national Hotel Industry Rising Star award from the Australian Hotels Association.

Natalie Gardiner

Director, Customer Engagement
Expedia Group

As Director of Customer Engagement, Natalie works with the Global Brand Marketing team at Expedia Group to deliver global go-to-market strategies focused on the largest retail travel moments. During the pandemic, her team led the evolution of the Brand Expedia home and email strategy shift, including the early stages of the post-covid recovery. She has over nine years’ experience in the travel and tourism sector with Expedia Group, six of those based in Singapore, and over 16 years’ marketing, brand and retail experience.
