PATA Thailand Chapter: SURVEY OF LABOUR FORCE IN TRAVEL & TOURISM
Bangkok, 15 November 2022 – As usual, when one crisis ends, another begins. Travel & Tourism is bouncing back rapidly to the extent where the industry is facing a major manpower shortage. The PATA Thailand Chapter is proud to contribute to the search for solutions by conducting a grassroots survey of the employees/staff themselves. The survey asks very specific questions about how they feel about working both in the industry as well as their respective companies/institutions. The Chapter believes the responses will clearly identify the weaknesses and help design a proper manpower development game-plan. Similar surveys conducted across the global PATA network can also yield a pan-Asia/Pacific benefit.
The survey is being conducted on a no-identification basis in order to encourage a higher response.
Please kindly circulate to staff, friends and colleagues. To start the survey, please click here
