Simpleview Digital Transformation Research Project
United States, March 31st, 2022 - Simpleview is inviting the PATA community in completing this survey, which should take no more than
5-10 minutes, by Friday 18th April at the bottom link.
All data will be confidential and findings from this market research will then be shared with PATA. This research is pivotal in assessing the current status of the industry and will enable Simpleview to further develop technology fit-for-purpose in the future.
This survey is a joint research project of Simpleview and Karen Bolinger Consulting (KBC).
As a part of this research, Simpleview and KBC are conducting this survey to understand the digital transformation the visitor economy industry is undertaking, thus to provide further insights and in what areas e.g. CMS, CRM, Data. We will also seek to understand the pain points of our industry that are driving change and how we can respond to these.
The key objective of the quantitative survey is :
- To understand the types of digital transformation that the global tourism, DMO's and CVB industry has undertaken, the future strategic opportunities and drivers
Destinations and venues are more competitive than ever before, hence requires technology innovation and skills to be agile, connected and cutting edge. Over the last two years the visitor economy industry has undertaken significant digital acceleration, therefore this survey held for deep understanding on how PATA Community has responded and the types of digital transformation, products and services that have added to tech stack.
