Sunway University: The 3rd International Tourism and Retail Service Management Conference (TRMC 2021)
Malaysia, 6th August, 2021 - With the support of Sunway Malls and Sunway Lagoon, the School of Hospitality and Service Management (SHSM) at Sunway University is delighted to announce the launch of the all-virtual 3rd International Tourism and Retail Service Management Conference (TRMC 2021).
This conference will feature Mr KS Wong (Senior General Manager, Sunway Malls) at the industry panel session. Participants of the conference will also get to experience a virtual “Mindfulness Workout Session” brought to you by Sunway Lagoon.
TRMC2021 is hosted in partnership with Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (Macau, SAR-China), University of South Carolina (USA) and Nankai University (China). We would like to invite you to join us at this two-day, all-virtual conference this coming 12 and 13 October (Malaysia time zone). The theme of the conference is “Developing Sustainable Tourism Retailing”, comprising an eclectic range of topics including tourism retailing management issues, motivations and experiences, innovations, marketing aspects, as well as COVID-19-related issues. We welcome academics, researchers, scholars, and industry practitioners to exchange their experiences and findings on all various aspects of sustainability.
SUBMISSIONS & PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

FEATURED CONFERENCE JOURNALS
All quality papers submitted to the conference will have a chance to be invited to submit and get published in the featured conference Journals. All selected papers will go through a double-blind review process managed by the editorial team of the journal. Papers submitted to the journal will need to comply to the submission guidelines and quality standards of the journals. These journals are:
