PATA Malaysia HELP University Student Chapter Coffee Break Talk Series 2021 - 18th June 2021
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 18th June 2021 - PATA Malaysia HELP University Student Chapter introduces our very own Coffee Break Talk Series 2021 which was conducted on the 18th of June 2021 via Google Meet and did Facebook Live at our Facebook Page. In our first episode, we were fortunate to have our first Tourism Hero Mr Nadge (Ahmad Najib Nadge Ariffin) to talk about “Ciao, Turismo! Experience & Insights of a Global Tourism Otai'' and it was a successful event done by the team.
Before this event was executed, The chairperson and the rest of the executive members discussed the roles and tasks for the upcoming episode and had our rehearsals. With the time constraint of trying to multitask with our respective classes, we were able to delegate the roles and small tasks that we needed to execute. The Chairperson Alyssa volunteered to be the 1st host for the 1st episode and led by example for the members to follow when it’s their time to host the other episodes.
We managed to invite around 24 participants within the Google Meet session and reached over 181 viewers on our Facebook live which is an accomplishment for our student chapter. The episode went well besides the technical errors here and there but we managed to carry out the session with our speaker smoothly. This talk series is a learning curve for all the members and a great opportunity to enhance their skills as we carry out more episodes in each month of the year. From this experience, the chairperson can help the student chapter to improve better and delegate the task evenly for the next episode on the 25th of June.
