Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, India, 11st July 2024 - IIM Sirmaur hosted its first Industry Advisory Board 1.0 panel discussion on 08 July 23, focusing on "Investing in Prosperity: Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Tourism." The panel featured Mr. Manoj Samuel, Mr. Chirag Aggarwal, Mr. Kanwar Deep Singh, and our faculty member Dr. Mohita Gangwar Sharma. These three industry leaders are part of the 12-member Industry Advisory Board, which provides suggestions to enhance the MBA TM course and prepare participants for the industry.

Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, India, 24th Feburary 2024 - Students from the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur attended the South Asia Travel and Tourism Expo (SATTE) 2024 on February 24, 2024. The group included students from both the MBA and MBA-TM programs, guided by our faculty member in Tourism Studies, Mrs. Sana Maidullah, and our Placement Chairperson, Dr. Karthikeyan Balakumar. They helped the students navigate the expo, which featured travel and tourism companies from around the world, including segments like Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, airlines and many more.

Over the course of two days, the IAB members actively engaged with faculty and students, offering invaluable insights and expertise to assist in career development.
